What you choose to save

Your account identifies you by a verified email address and a stable account identifier. A saved home includes the home details you enter, equipment, schedules, completed work, notes, budgets, and email preferences. A street address is not required. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in notes.

How it is used

We use these records to create and save your maintenance plan, show your care history and budget, and send the reminders you request. HomeOnCue does not sell your home records or use them for advertising. We do not use advertising cookies or track whether you open a maintenance email.

Where information goes

The website and saved home records run on OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Supabase manages email and password authentication, including email verification and password recovery. HomeOnCue forwards credentials securely to Supabase and does not store passwords in its home-record database. Resend delivers account emails and, when enabled, maintenance reminders. These providers process the information needed to provide their services. External source and business links open other websites governed by their own policies.

Optional address and property lookup

With your permission, we send the address you enter to the U.S. Census Geocoder and, for supported New York ZIP codes, New York State’s public parcel service. Address suggestions may be requested as you type after you allow the lookup. If additional property lookup is available and you request it, we send the selected address to RentCast, including for New York homes. Provider coverage and record age vary.

The prefill switch controls whether found details appear as suggested answers. Switching it off pauses unconfirmed suggestions and keeps answers you have already confirmed. We keep the address and home details you choose, their source, retrieval date and your review decisions with your home profile. We do not collect property-owner names, contact details, valuations or tax bills through this feature. Lookup requests are not added to advertising analytics. You can remove the address and imported details from your profile; your separately confirmed answers stay unless you change them. An address or parcel match does not prove ownership, equipment condition or maintenance history.

Listing-search links open Google searches restricted to Zillow or Realtor.com. Clicking a link sends the address in that search to Google. Listings are not automatically scraped or imported.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. It processes payment details and billing information under its own privacy policy; HomeOnCue does not receive your full card number. We retain account-linked customer and subscription identifiers, plan status and payment event identifiers to manage access and prevent duplicate charges. Cancel renewal before deleting your saved home. Financial records and necessary billing identifiers may be retained separately from home records for receipts, disputes and required recordkeeping.

Your browser and account

Browser storage keeps an unsaved draft and helps recover interrupted changes. Account records are stored on the server. Sign-in uses necessary session cookies. Signing out clears the current home from this device; export or save pending changes first. Shared-device users should always sign out.

Optional iPhone client

The iPhone client uses the same account and saved-home service. Sign-in tokens are stored in the iPhone Keychain. A device-protected saved copy supports reading your plan; changes to the account plan require a connection. Phone notifications have a separate opt-in and refresh when you open the app. The separate on-device planner keeps its own records and does not automatically upload them to your website account.

Email is optional

Maintenance reminders require a separate opt-in. You can pause them in Settings or through the confirmation link in an email. We record sending attempts and delivery failures to prevent duplicates and stop messages to addresses that bounce or complain. An email already being processed may still arrive after you pause.

Export and deletion

Export your current home records in Settings. Deleting your saved home removes its active home record, care history, reminder preferences, and delivery records, and clears this device’s working copy. This does not itself delete your Supabase sign-in identity. Contact support about identity deletion. Providers may retain their own operational logs or backups under their policies; deleting an active home does not promise immediate removal from every provider backup.
