Updated September 14, 2026. HomeOnCue is a home-maintenance planning service operated by Joe Bunster for adult homeowners.

Your use of the service

Keep your sign-in account secure and provide information you have the right to use. Do not attempt to access someone else’s records, abuse the service, or submit unlawful material. Your home records remain yours.

Guidance and safety

HomeOnCue organizes routine care from your answers and linked sources. It does not inspect your property, diagnose equipment, monitor emergencies, or guarantee that every necessary task appears. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, applicable requirements, and qualified professional advice. Active hazards should not wait for a scheduled reminder.

Costs and service providers

Budgets are planning allowances. Prices may be incomplete, outdated, or outside your service area. Verify scope, availability, tax, and total price before booking. A listed company or search link is not an independently vetted endorsement. HomeOnCue does not book work or receive contractor payments.

Free and paid plans

The free planner supports one home without a payment card. When available, HomeOnCue Plus adds email maintenance summaries. The price, currency, billing period and any applicable tax are shown before purchase. Checkout is unavailable while subscription setup is incomplete. You are never automatically moved from Free to a paid plan.

Renewal and cancellation

A monthly or annual subscription renews automatically at the agreed price until canceled. Use Plans & billing to update your payment method or cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless another arrangement is stated; your free planner and home records remain available. Pausing emails does not cancel a subscription. Cancel renewal before deleting a saved home. If payment fails, paid reminders may pause; your free records and export remain available.

Beta discounts

Beta promotion codes are for eligible first-time subscribers and apply to the first billing period only: one month on a monthly plan or one year on an annual plan. Even a 100% discount is temporary. The subscription renews at the regular selected plan price afterward unless you cancel renewal before that date. Codes may have redemption limits and an expiry date, cannot be combined, and do not make the account free for life. Review the discount and renewal terms in Stripe checkout before confirming.

Billing help and refunds

Contact support about duplicate charges, incorrect billing or refund requests. Refunds are reviewed individually, subject to any applicable rights. We will not promise an automatic refund that has not been processed. Card details are collected through Stripe’s hosted payment pages.

Availability and records

Features may change during beta. Delivery can be delayed or interrupted, so keep an export of important records and do not rely on reminders for emergencies. If access must be discontinued, we will aim to provide reasonable notice and a way to export where practical.
